During the process of taking a screenshot and attempting to share it via WhatsApp, I have encountered an issue where the screenshot is lost upon unlocking WhatsApp. This necessitates retaking the screenshot and sharing it again, which is inconvenient. 

I am curious to know if any of you have faced a similar challenge where WhatsApp needs to remain unlocked in order to successfully share a screenshot.

Not sure about exact scenario, however, I would recommend checking if you have enabled delete after sharing option. Disabling this may resolve your issue. 1732022336260.jpg

Nah. I have tried. It doesn't happen all the time, actually. Sometimes, it does. Do let me know if you ever face.

I reported it as a feedback in Samsung Members, but as usual they just gave a thank you response and never did anything about it. I'm thinking whether I should email the CEO for this thing.

After taking screenshot check if you can see it in your gallery which will show that your screenshot is taken and is available.

Now coming to your point.

Go to settings > app > WhatsApp > Storage > Clear cache. Exit
Try a screen shot and see if problem persist. If it does let the forum know.
