Had contacted and the amount is soo expensive 😫 somehow can buy a new phone for that amount. Can you provide a discount?

heheehe .. this is the common problem which we face .. its true in the same amount we can get new device but it depends on ones choice whether to repair or go to new device..
we wont get any discounts officially from samsung

unfortunately that's the case always. I had my 49" TV screen damaged, the TV price when it was brand new was 4500 aed, after 5 years the screen price is 3500 aed. so I sold the TV for 20 aed. bought a new one 65" for that price. !!!!

I'm changing to iPhone 📱 really disappointed especially there is no visible crack, I think it's a defect piece.
