Screen issue

Since last few days, I have some bright areas on my S23 on the left side of my display. It seems that this areas expand from day to day a little bit more.

What is that and can I remove this areas?

I've already visited service center as mentioned above. They've informed me that they'll need to open the display to check the issue which would be bear by me if it's moisture and even if I don't agree with the resolution they cannot put back the display but would need to change it anyhow. If it's moisture it would be borne by me if it's not then they'll cover it under warranty.
This is not at all fair considering the price of phone and ip68 ads that company shows especially when service center suspect that it could be sweat.
