Dear Samsung,

This is my second attempt to report an issue. My mobile phone froze while I was scrolling through reels and shorts. This problem has persisted for the past two months and appears to be affecting other users as well; I have attached supporting evidence.

Well, a good old factory reset really could solve the issue!
(Personally, had a sluggish experience with One Ui 7! After the reset, it's just phenomenal!!)

Yes, but before submitting the issue, I performed a device reset twice.

If you to do factory reset just to run app, then better to buy budget midrange phone or an iPhone...please don't suggest to do factory reset...
