Screen blur issue after Andriod 13 update

After doing multitasking between 2 apps and upon closure of both, the home screen got blurred for sometime and it was constant even after unlocking multiple time. Not sure what happened and how.

Yes when we unlock k or uses 2 app other app get blured and background too

Yes it gets blurred when we are using 2 apps, but it should not get blurred after closing both of them.
