Screen Quality after replacing damaged screen

Hi Members,


I use S20 FE 5G and its screen was damaged. I got it replaced from authorized service center but I am seeing one issue.

When I use the dark theme, the background colours get distorted. Also while watching any video on any platform, there is lot of distortion in darker background frames. I raised complaint multiple times but samsung is denying any issue with the screen as they are doing some tests which are passing. But what is the use of service if they are not listening to the customer. 

Can someone suggest me what should I do?

I have attached few images and one screen recording so that you guys also can understand the issue. 

I am hoping I will get some help here. Because I have paid for the replacement and I think I should not be the one who has to compramise. Please help.

Do you have bill? Or jobsheet number?

If yes goback there and complain regarding this.

This is a faulty screen.

I have already done that...its been more than 2 months but they are not trying to undertstand my issue. Both helpdesk and service center people.

You get 90 days of warranty after the replacement of screen

@Sumeet1892 I can only suggest you to complain to customer care and visit the service center that replaced your phone screen. They can only fix the issue. You can explain issue to them because seems like it's only display issue.

I have showed them this issue in person with comparison but they are saying screen tests are passing and they are not listening to what I am showing.

Two questions.
1st Is your phone is still in warranty period? (Less than one year since you bought the device)
2nd. Do you have jobsheet number or invoice for the screen replacement?

If yes email on servicehead.in@samsung.com
And use the option "Email To CEO" on Samsung India website.

Escalate your issue in detail with jobsheet number and co operate with them. Hopefully they will resolve your issue.

If still nothing works, contact someone who can draft a legal notice (a lawyer or something) and send them a written legal notice. Specially that service center in the name of the owner.

Yeah you can do this, because they can be stubborn sometimes and not listen to customer problems. I had some bad experience with Samsung service too. I hope they fix your issue soon.
