Literally scared to buy a smasung mobile after having a really bad experience with my Galaxy s10. Initially I was very happy that Samsung came up with a new model and UI when S10 has launched and the same thing made me to buy Samsung. But after 2 years the display was gone. Very disappointed and made me very sad that my thoughts about Samsung was proven wrong. With in 2 years display gone for the mobile worth 65k? That was very disappointing and now am just not able to purchase any other Samsung mobiles.

Display gone in 2 years makes you scared to buy Samsung again? What sort of post is this. When you damage the Display from your end physically how can you blame them? Post some sensible topics bro.

Boss.. display gone in the sense, it's gone by itself. I haven't make any mistake or I didn't break it. Started getting green screen and after 2 days complete black. I have some sense. Reply to the post of you understand or ask. Don't pass any statement to anyone a simple advice. 👌

I am using my s10 from 3 yrs my display is very good even now it looks so bright if that was the case I would also have faced the same issue. So my post makes sense.

I have heared the similar issue with many cases and even saw videos that samsung having this kind of issue. If your device is working fine then you are lucky. There will be a trust as a customer towards a company. That has been broken. I lost it within 2 years. In the real world 1 year us very hard to survive, that is the reason companies will give 1 year warranty. No one will dare to give more than that. But on sensitive side customer will delive the brand and buy the product even it is costly. I know that samsung can't stand for that many years but still I bought because I have trusted the brand. Starting for Galacy S in 2010 till S6
I have used the mobiles all max came 18months, after that stopped buying samsung. But trust me I am very good user of mobiles won't even install games.
But I trusted s10 because completely samsung changed the UI. But i was again wrong. Disclaimer: the devises I have mentioned above, not only for me even in friend circle and other also same issue

Anyways in my friends circle everyone's s10 display is very good even now. As you are so much aggressive escalate the issue that's all I can say. I have also inquired to a Samsung service centre they told me not even a single case has come like this till now.

Good and lucky enough. Even though until we get the problem we don't go deeper into it. Huma nature. Just Google it boss you will get so many issues. Anyway this is my own problem.and experience. With all these issue still I bought a new s22 ultra. My point is product should be worthy and brand has to maintain the standards. Based on my experiences.
