I have a Samsung S22 5G phone and when I first logged into my enterprise WiFi in the captive portal I chose not to save my credentials as I was unsure of it being correct. Now whenever I come to the office I have to always fully type in my whole work email and password to log in to WiFi which is not the case with my other devices where the passwords are saved in the browser or the keyboard.

For some work, I went to a different institution where I again had some new credentials and they too had the same captive portal and there Samsung keyboard/pass did ask me to save those new credentials and whenever thereafter I connected to WiFi there, the credentials were already in the boxes and I just had to click connect.

I tried finding any settings that could save these credentials in the keyboard or Samsung Pass (I tried adding them manually) but failed miserably. And I am sure that there must be some settings where I can reverse the "do not save" option that I took while connecting for the first time. Could anyone help me out here, please? I will greatly be indebted for the help.

Thanks

Mostly Google does save out the passwords if you have the gboard added in your phone.Fyi - Most organisations normally have terms to not save passwords in your device for security reasons.

Hope this helps.
