Hi Samsung Community,

I’m facing a green vertical line issue on my Galaxy S23 display. The line appeared suddenly, and the device has not been dropped or exposed to any physical or water damage.

My warranty has  expired, and I’ve noticed that many other S23 and S22 users have reported the same issue. This seems like a widespread problem possibly related to a software update or screen defect.

I’m hoping Samsung can acknowledge this issue and provide a solution—either a free screen replacement or a special service program.

Anyone else facing this issue? Did you manage to get it resolved?

For S22 and S21 company freely replacing the screen, but not for S23 which is weird.

Yes me too facing the same issue with my s23 ,but samsung trying to be over smart by saying you have pay 8999 to replace the display ,,,,I will dam never trust the samsung ever after this ridiculous activity with there loyal customers

My s22 mobile display got Green line on 1st of Jan after software update out of warranty after repeated request samsung changed my mobile display free of cost samsung service center and samsung customer support don't provide free replacement open my galaxy app send email to Samsung care + you will get positive reply try your luck

@Raghav I am also such a disappointed customer of S23. Although the product is superb but Screen line issues coming because of latest software update is a serious concerning factor which company needs to seriously look in to. Its a matter of customers trust and goodwill on this brand. 

Have you got a positive reply? I have simply got a reply from Customer support that company doesn't have a policy of replacing screen for S23, where it offers for S21 and S23. So all those S23 customers are not getting any support in this matter.

Me also same problems .after may month update finish green & blue line appear on my s23 device screen

After multiple calls and mails to the Samsung team, my Galaxy S23 display has been replaced for green line issue . I still had to pay a repair/handling charge of ₹1,757. Sharing this for others who may face the same issue
