Visit your nearest Samsung service center. They'll check for any physical damage on the phone; if none is found, they'll replace it for free. Otherwise, you'll have to pay the price.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members app as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept it's a as solution it's help to other users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution.

Please go to main page of Samsung Members app, click on support, click on feedback, click on error report then follow instructions on the screen. Log files automatically send by system immediately after the send error report but don't close Samsung Members app during this process until complete. If you like please accept it's a as solution it's help to other users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution.

Email krte raho.... inspection receipt hoti hai... usko attach kro email mein...
Agar koi physical damage nhi hai toh hi krna vrna koi fayada nhi...
Kuch posts dekhi hain maine jismein logo ne thodi mehnat kri (email, calls, messages) krke finally free screen replacement le hi li... sidhi ungli se ghee naa nikle toh ungli tedhi krni padti hai bhaiya... tum last mein consumer court ki dhamki do... thode din paapad toh belne pdenge bhaiya...
Bss ye yaad rkhna ki agar koi physical damage hai toh ye sab mehnat bekaar hai... vo nhi sunenge... ek receipt hoti hai (mujhe naam dhyaan nhi hai uska shayad inspection sheet bolte hain) vo honi chahiye... usmein likha hota hai ki koi damage nhi hai... mtlab basically wo ek phone kaa inspection hota hai service center mein jaakr... wo hona chahiye tumhare paas....
