Samsung wallet card adding issue

I have axis debit card visa one but I am not able to add it to my wallet the otp for the verification is not coming to my device and the babank is also not helping me now what i do I am not able to understand 

And I have s24 ultra 

Please help me over what to do

Most of the axis cards are not supported

But my last same axis card was added
