Samsung still did not fix the heating issues

 Last month samsung publish the security patch update and i had install on my samsung s23 ultra. after that my device become overheating and battery backup does not well. Then i report them and they replied we fix the issue soon.now samsung publish the april month security update and they still didn't fix the heating issues and battery draining. I am totally disppointed about that . Fix the issue soon and don't buy samsung phones they struggling the software side.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
