Samsung services on the decline

A quick search on the net shows thousands of negative feedback, reviews regarding Samsung product, especially After Sales service. Very disappointing to know this as a Samsung customer. Who cares?

Yes, We trusted Samsung and invested our hard earned money buying their product. I think no point investing lot of money for a premium phone, if it lasts only a year or two.
