I have samsung galaxy s7 edge device, and recently installed android October security update. After that YouTube and Amazon Prime video have stopped working in my device I have no idea what to do further and is there any resolution for the same or anyone else facing the same issue

Thanks for being a part of Samsung community. Would like to tell you kindly follow the steps below to resolve your concern:-
1) Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Reset app preferences.
2) Please run your device in safe mode.
3) Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch. Be sure to hit ♡ when you find an answer that works for you.

I have done resetting app preference, it is yet nor working. Also factory data reset is a big step, I have almost 70gb approx data in devie.

@SamsungMobile @SamsungMobileIN we facing problem in my S7 edge after updating on 28 November the incoming call voice is very low almost Ic'not hear and full battery discharge in half an hour #SamsungEdge immediately fix this we also info. On samsung member portal app in mob.
