Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.
● Clear Cache: Settings > Apps > Gear Wearable > Storage > Clear Cache.
● Update the Galaxy Wearable app to the latest version.
● Restart the device: Press the power and volume down keys simultaneously for a few seconds.
● Try to connect Watch to a mobile device via Bluetooth:
Step1: Navigate to apps screen.
Step2: Tap on Samsung.
Step3: Tap on Gear Wearable.
Step4: Tap on START THE JOURNEY.
Step5: Select the device which you want to connect.
Step6: The device will scan the nearby devices.
Step7: The Mobile device will generate a Passkey. Tap on OK on mobile screen.
Step8: Tap on SKIP to skip the step of restoration.
Note: You can also restore the previous data of gear by tapping on RESTORE.
Step9: Tap on Agree to all to accept to accept all terms and conditions.
Step10: Tap on NEXT.
Step11: You have to sign in the Samsung account. Tap on SIGN IN.
Step12: Enter the password.
Step13: Tap on CONFIRM.
Step14: Tap on NEXT.
Step15: The Gear connection has been set up.
