If you are running into issues, you can downgrade back to the old software. But it has to be the same binary version. This is how:
What you will need: USB cable, PC, and phone
Step 1: Go to samfw.com and search your model number. If you don't know it, go to Settings -> About device.
Step 2: Download the firmware for YOUR region and make sure it is the SAME binary version as the LATEST version.
Step 3: Download samfw tool.
Step 4: Extract the zip file that we downloaded
Step 5: Turn off your phone.
Step 6: Plug in your device to your computer and press and hold the volume up and volume down keys.
Step 7: Press the volume up button again to enter download mode.
Step 8: Flash the firmware that we extractrd. (it should come in BL, AP, CP, CSC)
Done!
