Galaxy SGo to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install. Updates often include fixes for performance and overheating.
Disable Background Apps:
Limit background processes. Go to Settings > Battery and Device Care > Background Usage Limits, and restrict apps that use resources.
Turn Off 5G When Not Needed:
Using 5G can generate extra heat. Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode, and select LTE/4G.
Lower Screen Brightness:
Reduce screen brightness or enable Adaptive Brightness to reduce heat generation.
Avoid Fast Charging:
Go to Settings > Battery > More Battery Settings, and disable Fast Charging or Super Fast Charging.
Remove Case While Charging:
Cases can trap heat, so remove it during charging to improve heat dissipation.
If the problem persists, contact Samsung Support for further assistance or visit a service center for inspection.
