Good day, Samsung.

I am writing to report a green line issue on my device's display following the installation of the June software update on June 25, 2024. As my device is still under the one-year warranty period, I kindly request a display replacement.

I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

Power OFF Galaxy smartphones and turn ON-
To power off through Quick settings, swipe down from the top of the screen. Tap the Power icon in the upper right of the screen (next to the Settings icon), and then tap Power off.
