Your's is USA model. Maybe you will have to connect to a VPN.
Do you get monthly security updates without connecting to VPN?

(Computer should be connected to VPN)

Your phone is USA carrier locked model (U), unlocked later. If you are not technical person, you might need someone's help to manually flash the matching updates. Can be downloaded from https://samfw.com/

Backup everything before giving your phone to manually flash the updates.

These are the firmware for your phone. I have seen in XDA if the phone is unlocked, U1 firmware can be flashed.

But get help from someone who has experience. Maybe Samsung service centers can help you.
