Samsung replaced my S21 fe display for free (device was out of warranty)

UPDATE: Samsung has officially replaced my display

( device was out of warranty) at free of cost! I had to pay only the Labour charges. Kudos to Samsung for offering this support! 🎉 

It took them 2 weeks to approve my request but they did resolve the issue. Thank you 

Samsung.

After this issue, I went to the Samsung service, and they told me my device is out of warranty, so I have to pay the full amount, which was approximately 12–14K. I was disappointed and went home without service. But after that, I directly sent an email to the service head and posted my issue on Twitter. And the next day I got a call from the service head, and she told me to submit the phone to the service center, which they would do according to Samsung policy, which covers everything except service costs.
