Dear Samsung Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to request support regarding a screen issue on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Plus. The device has suddenly developed a vertical green line on the display, which I understand is a known issue affecting some Galaxy models.

Here are the details of my device:

  • Issue: Green line appearing on the display

I have learned that Samsung is offering a free screen replacement program for devices affected by this issue, even outside the standard warranty period, provided they are within 3 years of purchase and free from physical or liquid damage.

I kindly request you to verify the eligibility of my device under this program and assist me with the screen replacement process.

Please provide me free skin replacement program I am purchased my samsung S21 plus flagship phone at very high prices and showing green lines within very small period of time. I gentally request you to samsung support team please 🙏🏻 help me, I am trusted your brand and purchase this flagship product.

My s22 mobile display got Green line on 1st of Jan after software update out of warranty after repeated request samsung changed my mobile display free of cost samsung service center and samsung customer support don't provide free replacement open my galaxy app send email to Samsung care + you will get positive reply

Is they require invoice bill or by which medium you request by social media or at the service centre.
