I have recently purchased s23 ultra from samsung offline store and I am having doubts if my phone is original or not . The invoice they have given me having different serial number then my phone setting serial number. I have checked the serial number from my phone and found totally different from the invoice
I had this doubt when i ordered from flipkart. Just contact customer care via whatsapp and tell me you have doubts about the product originality they will guide you and tell you for sure if the product is brand new, refurbished or duplicate.
Ask the shop to give the invoice with original phone serial no if they deny return it and go to Samsung store. Always a piece of advice any phones plz don't buy from flipkart or Amazon better buy in their website or shop.
