Hello Samsung Team,

Issue with the samsung BHIM UPI Payment. 

I made the transfer of rs.500 on 7th September 2024, via SAMSUNG WALLET BHIM UPI, however as per the promotion offer, I still haven't received any Amazon Voucher of rs.250.

Even when I called to pay team, no proper response from the CSE team members.

Attached the snapshot for your reference.

I want a resolution for the same.

I that it's a **bleep** promotion to make people use their samsung pay app.

I think you will only get the voucher if you register on the app on or after 4th september, Customer already registered prior that campaign start date are not eligible.
