Samsung needs to focus on improving their aftersales service

Honest opinion after 3yrs of usage of S21 Ultra. 
Samsung can't solve the overheating issue and device becomes laggy. In members my battery status showed as weak, I visited Mobile Clinic authorized service center in Noida, Sector 51. 
Saurabh was the head and he had a very casual and unprofessional approach. Firstly a differe rate was quoted on the call and at the center rate was increased by INR 800/- so I was charged for approx 3300/- when Saurabh gave me the phone it was overheated and too laggy. When complained to him he told that the phone is normal and till 46degrees also the phone heating is normal. I was surprised. I was informed about the warranty of 3months. Having a terrible experience I visited the service center and still the battery status showed as weak after replacing one. Saurabh told that it is updated from the backend by members and he will place a request further. I was surprised to know this😅 
I visited right after 3 months as nowhere I was informed of 90 days and he accepted his mistake. I didn't handover the phone as they requested for atleast 2 days of time and I was not provided with a backup phone and after purchasing a phone of 1.10 lakhs this is the only phone I have. Anyhow they agreed to provide the phone the same day. 
Next day when I visit I get to know that my battery is out of warranty and again as stated I visited them on time but it was a miscommunication from their end. Saurabh told he would request for approval. I kept on doing the followup and he never answered the call, everything I had to escalate through the customer care and I was always provided with a false commitment. After 3 weeks of followup I was informed that the approval is rejected. 
It is a shame on Samsung after providing phone of lakhs of amount this is the kind of service which we are provided with. 
I keep receiving notifications of battery being deteorating and visit a service center. 
Please do not buy Samsung mobiles.
DEFINATELY SWITCHING TO APPLE BUT WILL NEVER RECOMMEND SAMSUNG TO ANYONE

S21 ultra came with exynos. No amount of software updates or service center visits could have fixed it's terrible efficiency. Take this as a lesson and never buy a exynos device in the future

I did, as usual got a call and didn't find to have a great solution. For 3 months nobody responded to my queries and just kept on delaying things. I was always provided with a false commitment. That 2.2 star google rated Mobile Clinic which is the soo called Authorized Service Centre is still active and operating the same way, trust me Delhi's known Nehru Place provides a better service than this service center and the head Saurabh is good for nothing apart being a lazy soul. Sooraj is buzy flaunting with his fold, clicking pictures and watching videos. Banks like SBI have also been upgraded with their systems but Samsung is not able to improve their after sales. I was again asked to visit that **bleep** service center and open a job sheet. Samsung is just fooling, I have already visited 7 times, 24kms to and fro and got nothing apart spending on my cars fuel and donating Samsung money for a **bleep** battery. Honest opinion, I was using One Plus earlier and I used it for 5 years, trust me it was far better than your devices and was smoothly operating after 5 yrs too, got display changed, service center was professional as well. #boycotsamsung

Must say Samsung is least bothered with their aftersales. It's been a while posted everywhere and raised it but still the service Centre is operating the way it is. Genuine Google reviews which are 1 star are being ignored. The head of service Centre has also tried uploading many **bleep** positive 5 star reviews. I must say I was looted by Samsung being provided by a faulty battery and provided no resolution. Samsung should open a donation box instead.

Brother let's just agree that this is shitties phone we will ever buy in our lives. S21 ultra exynos is a joke and even I'm fed of this **bleep** phone it heats like a gas stove and lags in foing basic photography. But guess what it's the exynos which is the reason behind all this **bleep**. So no battery replacement will help. Even i started getting this battery deteriorating message but those are gimmicks to loot your money. Battery is good enough it's actually their stupid processor.

Rightly said. Battery replacement is just to loot you and Infact Samsung's new battery is as good as the used one 3yrs old.

I'm facing heating issues alot in my Samsung s21 ultra 5g it get's so hot sometimes that I can't even hold it ( with cover) and it drains the battery like I'm using an 10 yr old phone , I can't use it without power saving mode on nd the fun fact when it reaches to 20 percentage of battery ,it only take about 5 minutes from 20% to 1%, it's really affecting me coz I have to carry the charge anywhere I go
And but the I was writing this post the battery draing around 8 percentage it's a serious issue *samsung* really it's disappointing
I would request if anyone from Samsung is watching me please resolve the issue

Bro don't keep any hopes from Samsung. I got my battery replaced and got a faulty new battery, still Samsung didn't do anything. I made several complaints against the terrible service of the service Centre still no action was taken. A battery which was replaced 6 months ago now turn offs the phone at 10%. Imagine this is a new battery. Samsung after sales is pathetic and it seems they are not concerned. I am really going to bang this phone on the head of the SC guy, sooner the day it stops working. #handicappedS21Ultra
