Samsung is not giving latest Android 14 version for S20 FE Customers

I am writing this because I am struggling with my phone which is bought 2 years back.When i purchased this phone it's packed with 11 th version and now I am using 13 with one UI 5.1. Samsung stated they will provide major 3 updates.May be when it's packed with Android 10 when it's launched.But i got it with 12 and also they said there is 3 updates.So Samsung should give one more update (UI 6) with Android 14.Its our right to use this phone without any disappointment.

And the the phone is getting so warm when using.Its too hot on the display side and back side.It happened from the time that i bought this product.And I asked them whats the reason behind this and they said it's normal.But i am sure it's not quite normal because it feels like iron box sometimes.One of my friend who is using this same phone also having this issue.I know there are lots of customers having this same issue.

If you are still not ready to move on with the decision of providing latest Android update with one UI 6 to the customers of Galaxy S20 FE,then we will move to file the complaint on consumer court.Its our right to use this phone properly. Otherwise it will be considered as a bad action towards consumer safety and rights.

Yes. Maybe that's true.There is a lack of software support and unsolved heating issue.@samsungindia must solve the issue.

This phone is having a decent camera, display and performance but on the side of service they are not giving their best.

Globally it was android 10.And global android is taken into consoderation for update count.Not what Amazon says
