Samsung is a worst Company

I baught Galaxy S23 phone in last November. Right after launching S24, I got software update and after that my device's camera and battery's quality got decreased. 

I went to customer service team twice but did not solve the issue.

Yesterday, I visited the Samsung customer service team @ Cannaught Palace, Delhi and they updated the software of my device. Now, screen brightness is totally worst, camera quality is same and battery is still acting wierdly. I charged my device and after 78% it started decreasing the battery percentage even it was on charging.

I had to do factory data reset again but screen brightness and camera quality is still worst. I don't know if battery still behaving same or not because did not test it again.

A INR 20K priced phone is giving better quality picture than a INR 70k Phone. What a service.

I m also advised to reload software as I have been facing so many issues with F 54 . I also bought in November. Should I reload software in Service centre as you did ? I m confused to read about your experience.

It totally depends on phone to phone but my experience with Samsung is never good. They talk very sweetly but they are not able to solve the issue. If they are asking you to update software, ask them about the impacts, which software it is and what if every problem stays same or worst.

One UI Version 6.1. Can I do factory reset at home ? Is there any difference between Factory reset ( at home ) and Reloading software at service centre ? At least there will be no chance of changing parts if I do factory reset at home

There is no doubt that Samsung is cheating with its consumers . Very poor performance and poor after sale service

Yes they cheat. I will go back again and will ask for complaint copies. If they don't give, then be sure they are cheating.

If they don't solve your problem, go to consumer court. Court will definitely teach them a nice lesson
