Samsung galaxy s10 lite vertical white line issue

After the latest update of security patch level on my samsung galaxy s10 lite on vertical white line on my display and went to service center is no helping for me. I purchased my mobile on Jan 15th 2021. No physical damage or no water issue. Many users facing this issue.

samsung company should address this issue...and don't say that it was an hardware issue...I definitely know it was a bug issue because of your update...pls resolve it or it was not resolvable kindly replace my screen with free of cost

For s20 plus they have replaced the screen in just 2k. Some users have mentioned in this forum only. I had read some post where they have mentioned that they send some email to ceo(Not remembered exactly) and they help to get the replace in low cost.

My Friend's S10 Lite Similar Display Issue Of "WHITE" LINE But Customer Service Denied Free Service With Silly Excuses.

I have samsung s 10 lite mobile, I regularly update my software updated when I will get notifications. After update my mobile screen got white line in middle. After that I went to samsung service center midnapore west bengal, I asked them weather they can solve my after my mobile warranty expires because now this issue was more popular in all brands maximum all mobile brands solving their customers mobile line issue free of cost even after warranty expires. But here samsung giving silly reasons to avoid to solve problem. They asked me Rs 13600/- to change screen. After I wrote letter to regional state head office, but they replied simple answer this variant cannot be covered u have to pay then only they repair. My mobile costs Rs 43000/- and this is not at all fare, they should voluntarily solve customers problems because this is not our fault. And I totally lost belive and Goodwill on SAMSUNG BRAND.

I have purchased Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite in Dec 2020. My phone neither has fallen nor has it ever immersed into water. Today morning suddenly, while using it, a straight vertical line has developed on the screen. I consulted on the Samsung's customer support chat, and followed certain procedure which I was told to do, but to no avail. Finally, I went to the Samsung's authorised service centre, where I was told to have a replacement, which is costing around Rs.11,000/-. But it isnt my fault, so why should I bear it. Samsung company should reply.

My s10 lite mobile also same problem
