is there any setting to show Google drive and one drive in my files using M20

Make sure you have the Samsung Cloud app installed on your device first, then try to find out it through instructions inside screenshots & then turn "On" Samsung Cloud Drive inside settings.

Even some outdated Samsung phone contains this
