Galaxy SDear Samsung Team,
At a recent auto expo, my phone was pickpocketed in a very crowded area, and I felt really upset—especially because I love my S Series. I have an idea that might help protect lost or stolen phones.
Here’s what I suggest:
Phone Registration:
Let users register their phone with their Samsung ID during the phone setup (this can be optional).Unique Phone Code:
When registering, also record the phone’s unique code (like the IMEI or another secret code built into the phone that doesn’t change even after a reset) and tie it to the Samsung ID.Mark as Lost:
If a phone is lost or stolen, the owner should be able to log in to their Samsung account and mark the phone as lost.Block Unauthorized Use:
If someone tries to use the phone after a hard reset, the phone should show a message saying it is already registered with another Samsung ID, and prevent anyone else from using it unless they have the original account password. Also send the location of phone and and any sim inserted etc. to the original user.
This feature would help make phones safer and stop thieves from easily using stolen phones. Thank you for considering my feedback.
Sincerely
Mudit

Galaxy SAnd some antivirus security software too support such feature. If you have your proof of purchase then if you lodge complaint to the police, then they trace your mobile depend on IMEI number. But thing is if person changes imei number then gone. You won't trace your mobile.
