Samsung S24 - VoLTE not working on Sim 1

Hi, I recently switched from my Flip 3 to S24 and I noticed that VoLTE isn't working on the sim 1 slot. However, it works on the sim 2 slot for the same sim card. Does anyone have any idea why this could be happening?

I only use one sim and it's an Airtel one if that helps.

Edit: The main issue I'm facing due to the lack of VoLTE is that I'm not able to use mobile data while I'm on calls and many incoming calls don't get connected. When I'm not on calls, I'm everything works fine and I'm able to use 5G as well.

If you have enabled Power Saving mode, the device will only operate on 4G LTE. To enable full functionality, please disable Power Saving mode.

Thanks for your reply but the power saving mode is not turned on in my phone.

Also, I'm able to use 5G on both the sim slots. But VoLTE only works on Sim 2 for the same sim card.

Yes! I get that only for sim 2 and not for sim 1 even though I'm switching the same sim card across both slots.

Maybe some setting is disabled inside mobile network Iam using jio and airtel on S24 Ultra and it's working

Not sure. I even checked with another airtel sim on slot 1 and that didn't work too. I'll probably wait for a bit and see if someone here can help else I'll take it to the store/service center and get it checked.

Kindly use the smart switch to create a backup of your phone's data. Subsequently, perform a factory reset on your device to observe any potential changes.

Once try reset network settings and turn off Auto Blocker if on.
