Does one qualify for a free gift from Samsung like the ear buds when you have purchased your Samsung S24 Ultra. I would like to know the claim process?

However you needed to have registered on Samsung for the S24 event. It seems the system checks the email address.
Anyone registered but not bought the S24 😄
