I bought a Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G, but I noticed some details that seemed strange to me. The model name that comes on the device box is different from what is in the device information. Another strange thing is the EID number that does not match the device information. Is it real or **bleep**?

Was the package sealed and where did you buy it from? Register the device with Samsung and see which EID is correct

Yes, the package was sealed but I noticed something strange on the package (the seals seemed to have been peeled off and then stuck back on), and on the package it says "Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G" but I usually see on other devices that it only says "S21 Ultra 5G". I bought the phone from an unauthorized but apparently trustworthy dealer here in my country (Mozambique). Where can I register the device to know if the EID is correct?

You can register it here on the Members app under "My Devices". If the EID number is correct it will register with no problem, I think. If something is too good to be true, it usually is.
