I face playback issue with Netflix. I can't play 1080p videos on my Netflix app, and Netflix show my device doesn't support 1080p videos and hdr videos. How's it possible..? Any one face the same issue..? Can anyone provide the solution.?

Has to do with the Netfix plan that you have.

First of all you need Netflix premium pack (costs 7999 for an year)(4k UHD support).

If its a software issue , samsung will sort it out within 1 or 2 updates.
