Finally the must awaited green line issue have started affecting the S23 lineup also. 
My S23 on November security patch started showing green line. It's not about update, whether you update or not it's bound to affect your device. I didn't receive any update for December security patch yet the green line came first before the security patch update. No physical damage nothing it will just pop up .

Be prepared,  once you visit support center they will inform you your phone display needs to be changed and it will cost you a lot.

● Kindly restart your device once: To power off through Quick settings, swipe down from the top of the screen. Tap the Power icon in the upper right of the screen (next to the Settings icon), and then tap Power off. Kindly power buttons on the device after by pressing power for 5-7 seconds.

Also, the December security update already has been released for the Galaxy S23 series. you can check the software update on your device manually.

If still not recieving the update and the issue still occurs, kindly visit the service center and inspect your device by the technical team end. They will provide you with all the information in a better way after inspecting the device physically.

I also got the green line issue, and the service center told me to replace display. My warranty just recently expired. Why should I pay again when its Samsungs phone issue. Please address this problem for S23.

Hi, I spent my hard earned money and bought this samsung S23 and kept it safe till now and from yesterday onwards Suddenly a green line starts to appear and I was so shocked and irritated why can't they fix this issue through software updates and I approached samsung authorised center and they said that without my knowledge I might have pressed the screen hard and due to that green line is appearing as such. They are assuming themselves that green line appears because of physical damage to phone and asking a huge amount to repair the screen.

Bro please file a complaint in consumer court, i have the same issue and i did, if everyone can file a complain we can destroy samsung
