This horrible product from Samsung, My hands are heated after a few seconds and the battery works only 5 to 7 hours.
Even after I purchased the product, I visited the service center for support for issues. At the end, it wast of time and money for Samsung. This is not a premium class phone and never recommend to anyone.
No option to check reviews on the Samsung site and e-commerce platforms.(Brand Value )
They are not taking returns/refunds even in a 14-day warranty, the worst product.
For this price range, the product is not at all worthy ..
Forget about mobile heating , i am sure it burns and damage our cells when we carry close to our body.
You talk - mobile gets heated . You browse - it's get more heat. You watch youtube/netflix- it's a boiling pan now. You record video- gets stuck after 2 mins.
Just not clear why this mobile is still in market..
That's why sold it within 3 months. Believe me we should go to consumer court at least in future this kind device will not sell and prevent our body cells.
