Samsung S23 FE android applications are failing to install and update after the One UI 6.1 Aug 2024 India release

Strange thing, few apps are working and few selected are failing

Things i tried to fix

-> Cleared app cache

-> Restarted device multiple times

-> Uninstalled the app tried to install and now install also fails

-> Updated google play

Note - I want to avoid resetting my phone as much as possible, this is my last resort

Disabling "Auto scan when installing app" solved the issue

Samsung software update is worst I never purchase/recommend samsung phones yo anyone.
