Dear all,

I have recently updated the push notification update from samsung, after the update it asked me to install now, when I have clicked on install now the phone started restarting and only logo was displaying for more than 5 to 6 times and switched off.

I have taken to service center in Mangalore they said, it is software issue do you need the back up and my answer was yes, the service center guy asked me to come by evening to collect the phone since the is switched on, you take the back up data and give the phone for software update, since I had flight to catch next day early morning to bangalore from Mangalore I took the phone from service center, came home to take the back up it got switched off again.

 

Yesterday I went to authorised service center in konankunte forum Mall and surprise they asked me to pay 42k for mother board replacement and reason for replacement they do not have, all they say phone is not turning on hence replace.

Service center guy clearly says there is no liquid damage, there is nothing he can think off to call center representative.

I have asked contact center executive to escalate this concern.

I was going through artical in times of india and other community member update most of them have faced this issue, below are the links for reference, even after showing this samsung team either call center executive not service center guy is not accepting the fault.

Please suggest

Hey, I faced the similar issue in my S22 Ultra. They are not providing any replacement.
