Samsung S21 FE green line issue

Hi , 

Today i am facing green line issue in my samsung s21 FE mobile after updating to one UI 6.1 . When i contacted service center for issue , they are not accepting this as software update issue. And they also said no information for this series S21 FE. They asked me to change the display.

My question is this is samsung firmware update issue , why i need to change display with cost instead of free replacement. Even oneplus address the issue and given free screen replacement. Actually i learned a lesson from samsung never ever trust samsung . So from on , i will boycott samsung products .

Go to the service center and request a screen replacement. If the issue persists, file a complaint with Samsung India and post it on Twitter, tagging Samsung India. If the issue remains unresolved, escalate the complaint to the National Consumer Helpline.

Sir , i checked with service center , they advised me to change the display with cost. I don't know how many users are facing the same issue after updating to one UI 6.1 in Samsung S21 FE series.

You do your part, don't worry about how many users are impacted. If you have a pain, you need to act and cannot wait for everyone to get the same pain.

No sir , first i thought i am the only one who got this green line issue . Now i came to know many users are facing the same issue. I started my process to get it done . I will fight alone no problem .

You will get many more errors while using phone, don't understand why Samsung pushes OS update except security ones when it can't handle this. Now my s21fe have many issues like overheating, removal of magnetic eraser in gallery, superfast draining of battery etc. Phone is behaving weird and feels downgraded instead of upgrade. Samsung should release a new update for atleast its own exynos chip containing devices.
