After a visit to Samsung Care, they reinstalled ONEUI by rooting my Samsung S21 FE. However, this led to issues with certain apps like PayZapp, displaying an error message stating the app cannot be set up due to rooting. Despite searching online, I'm still unable to resolve this issue. These apps functioned fine before the ONEUI reinstallation. On the brighter side, the heating and rapid battery drain problems seem resolved, possibly due to the reinstallation or the colder winter weather. Seeking guidance to fix this app issue if anyone has a solution.

Did samsung care team rooted ur phone

No bro dangerous it will void the warranty of the phone plus one will not get official updates.

not possible any of service center will never root your phone.
Note: If your phone is rooted you can install magisk module and hide the payment app from root verification ;)
