Samsung S20 Ultra - battery draining fast

My phone is draining my battery fast, being 5000 mah capacity i am charging my phone twice a day. Phone is not even 7 months old and the battery started giving issues. Not expected this from flagship line of phones from Samsung. What to do now?

My phone is fully optimized. No app or service is draining my battery, still its draining.

I still suggest to run device on Safe Mode and check if the battery is still draining as it does on general mode. Usually some apps keep running in your background and in turn consumes battery and your data respectively. Its not just the drain issue, the battery health shown in automatic checks and by diagnosis report is bad, see attached pictures. It cannot be resolved by optimising or resetting the phone. My concern is how can battery go bad with just 6 months of moderate usage of regular apps.
