I am having samsung galaxy s20 FE 5G . My phone is still under warranty period and since last 1 month my phone battery is getting very low. Charging three times four times a day , If I don't use the phone. Still my battery automatic is getting drain please help me samsung team

Check what is eating your battery and it's quite abnormal to charge 3-4 times a day if still u can't find it I would recommend u to visit service center

There are no bad apps in my phone, whatever is there, they are useful and no such apps are showing In battery device care that is draining my phone's battery.

Check which app is using up more battery from device care. And try to get the battery replaced under warranty because 3-4 times charging a day without gaming means, the battery is probably bad. You know, s20fe is more than one year old. So maybe you got one manufactured some months ago. Sitting idle can damage the battery.

If you have checked apps then best is to do a factory reset
If it still persists, visit service center and tell them that you have performed factory reset, ask them to either perform software flashing or change battery
Be adamant to them if needed, as these days service centers are not giving proper support

When did u buy ur phone, n wt kind of user are you- power or normal?

3-4 times /day needs a battery checkup at service centre 👍🏼
