After sometime this wallpaper is blacked out automatically. Tried one ui home clear data and cache but this thing happens randomly after sometime

I enbled secure folder on my s20 fe 5g and after that phone app starts hanging.  Dialing to a number takes up to 5 seconds. Can you resolve it samsung.
