open Samsung pass >> tap three dots >> tap settings under that you will see account and syncing tap it >> then you will see sync with Samsung account and then tap the sync. it will do the job

well, i have already tried that option and it's not working (correct me if I am wrong). if its syncing with my Samsung account then why i can't see/retrieve/restore those saved passwords from my account?
