Hey everyone,
• Samsung's One UI 7 update, based on Android 15, initially launched on April 7th, 2025, for select flagship devices (Galaxy S24 series, Z Fold 6, Z Flip 6) in South Korea, followed by the US and Europe on April 10th.
• However, a critical bug causing unlocking issues, primarily reported in South Korea, led Samsung to temporarily halt the global rollout to prevent widespread user disruption and negative feedback.
• This pause affected the planned April 14th release in other regions, including parts of Asia and Latin America, and delayed the update for older models like the Galaxy S23 series, initially scheduled for the same week.
• While Samsung initially offered a vague statement regarding the update delay, they later confirmed the temporary pause to AndroidAuthority, emphasizing their commitment to delivering the best possible user experience.
• The company swiftly worked on a hotfix to address the unlocking problem, aiming for a quick resumption of the rollout, initially targeting the S24 series before expanding to other devices.
• Despite the setback, One UI 7 boasts a redesigned interface, enhanced AI features (including Galaxy AI tools like Object Eraser and Writing Assist), and improved performance, making it a significant upgrade for eligible devices.
• The update's eventual release will bring these improvements to a wide range of Samsung Galaxy devices, though the Galaxy S25 series will retain exclusive features like Now Brief and Advanced Routine, highlighting the advantages of the newest hardware.

They've now provided new timeline for respective device update.
S24 series on April 25
S23 series on May 25
And rest in June 25
Simply do not promise things if you can't handle it.
And if they're really that cautious why do new device come with latest android?
They have time to test it on new but not able to find bugs on other devices. Seriously!
