Dear Samsung India,
This is not the first time.. every year all over the world update is rolled out on a particular date pre announced by them.. But in India it's always unannounced whenever they feel like pushing it without any deadline.. Once they commit a date they will need to get it done by then but not communicating or not announcing a date gives them a free hand to do it whenever they feel like doing it..
That is the reason why we should demand communication from them so that they can be held accountable.
It makes me sad that a company with such resources is not able to push a software update since months. Some say they are probably doing it because of the bad sales of S25 series. But they should understand nobody in their right minds will update from S23 series or S24 series just for the early software experience.. People will buy the new phones only if they need it except for the crazy ones who buys everything that's new on the shelf..
Please Samsung Communicate and S24 series was a huge success so probably alot of customers are waiting for the update. If Samsung does not do this right there'll be a big blow in sales when these S24 users will be looking for an upgrade later..
Over the years Samsung has removed features left, right and center making it almost like Apple including the pricing. If Samsung is making phones like Apple they should also provide software updates like Apple. Competition is just too intense.. Apple has catched up on alot of features and customisation.. So at this point similar features and similar pricing.. Samsung does not even look value for money these days..
Hence, Samsung India don't give us 1 more reason to try Apple as this might end up loosing alot of customers for lifetime.. I am sure you guys must be calculating Customer Life Cycle Value and if you calculate that for the flagship buyers it will a big chunk..
Stop annoying us and communicate.. It's a request..
