You are using dual Sim and both carriers are displayed, I don't think it is an issue

yes correct but it was showing four names thats the issue

As per the attached screenshot,

Please note this will only come with jio .

If you use jio 4g then it will be jio4g | jio
& if 5g then Jiotrue5g | jio

For all other operators it will show only 1.

It's common with Jio bro!

Sometimes while in roaming, you might also see double carrier name
eg while in Delhi, my BSNL Mobile used to show either DOLPHIN/VO-IDEA with BSNL Mobile
