I recently purchased the Samsung Galaxy S24 from USA. & excited about its premium features and 5G capabilities. However, I have encountered a frustrating issue: the device does not support Jio's 5G network in India despite more affordable smartphones connecting seamlessly to it. I have tried multiple troubleshooting steps, including software updates, resetting network settings, and even checking with my carrier, but the issue persists. The same SIM in a different device provides significantly higher speeds, which indicates a limitation in the S24’s network compatibility. As a premium device, the Galaxy S24 should offer the best possible connectivity experience, and it is disappointing to see such restrictions. In India i contacted Samsung support team but before checking anything they told me that this mobile will not works with indian carrier. I urge Samsung to address this matter urgently and release a software update enabling full 5G support for Jio networks in india.
