Those user who is not able to use 5G on Samsung Galaxy S21/20 Fe, even Airtel and Jio showing phone is not compatible with 5G, so please report it to customer care of Samsung, Airtel and Jio. Samsung and Jio customer care says that they also don't know exact reason why this is happening but they are raising this issue to higher authority, so my suggestion is that please report it by calling on customer care of all these three company Samsung, Airtel and Jio at mass level, so this issue can be resolved soon

sim change trick might work. It is actually working for many users

Put your sim in other device in which 5g is already working. Go to my jio app there and enable for true 5g. Then put back sim to your samsung 5g device.

Samsung has to release an update to enable modem support StandAlone Jio5g network and Jio5g will start working. Even a JIO5G activated working in apple 5G phone sim inserted in Samsung phone shows no 5g only LTE. Again works fine when inserted back in Apple 5G phone

Even the December 2022 update released is without 5G support.

I have registered a complaint for 5G update not provided and hence 5G not working at National Consumer Dispute Resolution via Twitter
