Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G Wi-Fi speed issues

So just got my S20 FE 5G unit and it took the phone more than an hour to restore all my apps. Tried to download a few files and noticed that internet speed was horrendous. Ran a speed test and saw that I am barely getting 20mbps on my 300mbps connection. My old S10 Lite lying besides this phone has no problems with wireless speeds. Easily reaching 300mbps. 

Phone is up to date with all software updates. I have restarted the phone a few times. I have resetted network connections and set them up fresh. On a fresh connection to the 5GHz network, it gives proper speeds for a few minutes and then drops to 10-20mbps. 

This issue seems to have many references online and even here on this forum. No thread points to a resolution. I am not sure what to do now.

If anyone got this phone from the September 2021 Assembled in India batch, please contact me. I might have an idea about what's going on with the phone and it would be good to test out my theory with another unit from the same batch. Or maybe even an older unit.
