Samsung has introduced the Exynos 2400 in the Galaxy S24 series, and details about the upcoming Exynos 2500 SoC have emerged. According to leaker Connor, the 2500 will also be a hexa-core chip, utilizing a 3.3GHz 3.2GHz Cortex X5 Prime Core. This is set to replace the 2 x ARM A720 CPUs and 3 x ARM A720 CPUs with A730 CPUs clocked at up to 2.5GHz 2.3GHz, while retaining the 4x ARM A520 CPUs with an unknown clock speed.
These frequencies are preliminary, subject to potential increases in the final stages, akin to the Exynos 2400. Depending on Samsung's decisions, there may be a minimal 100MHz boost or no difference at all. According to earlier rumors, the Exynos 2500 chip is expected to utilize the company’s most advanced 3nm GAA process, not yet employed in any smartphone or tablet chips. The Exynos 2400 uses the 4LPP+ process, comparatively inferior to TSMC’s N4P process in the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.

The Exynos 2400 is the first processor in the Exynos series to employ a Fan-out Wafer Level Package (FOWLP) for enhanced thermal management, evident in early thermal test comparisons with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.

(Techreve. 4LPP+ and FOWLP yield 60% and N4P Tsmc yield 70%, Samsung semiconductors are starting to be competitive again Tsmc ) (depending on Soc Exynos 1480 and Exynps 1430 are rumored to use 4LPP+ )

According to me, the Exynos 2400 is the best SoC ever made by Samsung. Just look at the other reviewers. (Exynos 2400 used 4LPP+ and FOWLP. Techreve yield 60% and Tsmc N4P yield 70%. Their semiconductors have started to be competitive again while Tsmc)

Yes the flagship processor of exynos is good
But mid range and lower flagships they should go with Mediatek or Snapdragon
